Used MS-32 Fryma "Coball Mill", for ultra fine grinding of slurries of various viscosities. US Explosion proof design, built by Fryma AG 1993, S/N: M15890. Housing material: painted steel (white epoxy 1.4517). Coolable Grinding elements: Colmony coated Rotor, w/ 4.5 mm grinding gap; Stator/Wear plate: Stainless Steel (AISI-420). With mechanical seal, "min-max" pressure and temperature gauges, with internal working pressure of 2.5 bar (maximum). Unit Includes hydraulic bowl lifting device. Main drive: 30HP Reliance motor with US Ex-Proof machine mounted cabinet (460V-3PH-60HZ). Unit includes "Steimel" product feed pump (gear pump w/ mechanically variable speed control), model T1-60P, with 1/2 HP US ex-proof Reliance motor. O&M Manual included. Previous usage: Pharmaceutical Industry. (Note: Unit requires new hydraulic lifting cylinder)
