Equipped with 10" x 19" butter block feed throat, 14" diameter x 18" wide jacketed roller powered by 2 hp drive, 30" diameter x 24" deep jacketed conical supply hopper with scrape agitation powered by a ½ hp drive, self contained heating system with a ½ hp recirculation pump and a Waukesha, model 30, positive displacement discharge pump powered by a 1 hp drive with a 2"OD / 1½"ID seated bevel connection for spray nozzles with 9" ground clearance. Control panel with digital temperature controller. On / off switches for heater and cooler. Pull to start / push to stop controls for roller drive, agitation drive, water pump and butter pump. Variable speed dial for butter pump. Mounted on a stainless steel base with casters.
