Description
Automatic, top load, robotic, case erector/packer, rated 5 to 30 robotic cycles per minute, or 2 to 14 cases per minute – depending on materials and application. Package size range: 6" -14" in Length; 1-1/2" to 8" in Width; 1" to 3-1/2" in Height.. Case size range: 10" to 22" in Length; 6" to 14" in Width; 4" to 11" in Height. Equipped with a 44" L x 36" W blank case magazine, recipicating suction cup case erector, 90" L x 14" W canvass product belt in feed conveyor, robotic vacuum pick & place product stacking, and product load arm. CPC PLC touch pad control panel with LED display mounted on gantry arm, E-stop, status indicator light, vacuum pump, and barrier guarding.
