Description
The 1986 Excello 3251S is a heavy-duty Roto-Flo spline rolling machine designed for high-speed production of involute toothed forms, including splines, threads, grooves, and serrations. This horizontal machine features a 48-inch maximum rack length capacity and is capable of accommodating rack lengths of 24, 36, 48, or 52 inches. It provides a maximum working stroke of 55 inches and a typical rack width of up to 8 inches (approximately 120 mm to 165 mm).
