Description
ENERPAT Car Recycling Plant is a complete 20-30 TPH solution designed for processing depolluted end-of-life vehicles (ELVs), vehicle bodies and automotive scrap. The system combines powerful shredding technology with multi-stage metal separation to recover valuable ferrous and non-ferrous metals while reducing landfill waste and improving recycling profitability.
The line features a 500 kW hydraulic twin-shaft pre-shredder and a 560 kW hammer mill shredder that work together to efficiently reduce vehicle scrap into uniform material suitable for downstream separation. Multi-stage magnetic separation, air density separation and eddy current sorting maximize recovery of steel, aluminum and copper fractions.
