CE Rogers Spray Dryer. S/N 1421962. Former application: 1,600 lbs/hr dairy product. Unit includes stainless steel product contacts, progRam Industriesmable Magelis controls, stainless steel cyclone separator, stainless steel sifter, 30 HP blower, and 316 SS rotary air lock. Original Stainless Steel Box was scrapped at removal. New dryer box walls must be fabricated on-site. (H13)3 head system with 2,295 LBS/HR water evaporation capacity. Previous application was dairy, powdered cheese.16,000 LBS/HR starting (50% Solids) to 1,600 LBS/HR ending (5% Dry Solids).
