Description
Capsugel Model Ultra 8 ll, Semi automatic, stainless steel powder or pellet capsule filler rated up to 33,000 capsules per hour – depending on materials, application, size capsule being run and operator dexterity. Capable of handling capsule sizes: 000, 00, 0 and 1 thru 5 with proper change parts. Equipped with fill ring holder, empty capsule hopper, slide gate magazine, vacuum rectifier head, with clockwise rotation indexing ring, index brake, product hopper with top mounted agitation, self-contained horizontal hydraulic closing system, oil-less vacuum pump, excess product receptacle and has push button controls. Mounted on stainless steel frame.
