Unused Carolina Conveying bulk bag filling station designed for filling bulk bags, Super Sacks and FIBCs with compatible dry bulk material. The unit includes an adjustable support frame, four adjustable bag-loop supports, stainless-steel product-contact components and an integrated Rice Lake RoughDeck HP weighing system.

The filling head uses a low-pressure inflatable bag-spout seal and includes a dedicated dust-extraction connection for displaced air and dust. This is the basic filling-station configuration and does not include a platform vibrator/densification system or separate bag-inflation blower.

The filling station is rated for up to 4,000 lb. The included Rice Lake scale is separately rated for 5,000 lb. These ratings should not be interpreted as a throughput rate.

The unit has never been operated. A few small scratches are present on the base from movement/handling and are cosmetic rather than production wear.

The scale is not currently calibrated. If calibrated weighing is required, calibration should be completed after transportation and final permanent installation.
