BAVELLONI HW2200 Horizontal Glass Washing & Drying Machine – 2200 mm Automated Closed-Loop Horizontal Flat Glass Washing & Drying System. The system is designed for the most effective washing and drying of glass sheets with an emphasis on quality, efficient energy usage, and minimal maintenance in a high-production environment. This system is fitted with a high-velocity air drying component for fast cycle times & high volume production. The size and thickness capacities are adjusted via the operator control panel and the space-saving, overhead mounted blower is high-powered to optimize the drying cycle. The drying system consists of a very compact and lightweight high-pressure radial blower positioned directly above the air knives to ensure the best drying results: up to 9 m/min with three pairs of air knives.
