Fabricated steel base designed to accept column and rotary index table.

Fabricated steel column designed to accept multiple – eight (8) – spindle head assembly. Complete with linear guide ways and ball screw and servo motor assembly for precise alignment and movement of head assembly. Advance and retract speeds are programmable thru the HMI.

Eight (8) spindle head assembly including eight (8) individual Allen-Bradley 0.75 kW servo spindle drive motors and gear box arrangement. Drive motors arranged to provide optimum operating speeds (RPM) for each spindle and are independently programmable thru the operator console (HMI).

Individual spindle motor torque load monitoring system for maintaining optimum tool performance and crash protection.

Column mounted counter balance system.

CAMCO model 902 RDM rotary index table, ten (10) station type with machined dial plate for mounting of fixture assemblies.

Pre-hone probe assembly to check bore diameter in load and unload stations. Includes pneumatic cylinder and probes.

Allen-Bradley PLC Control System complete with the following:
12” Panel view color touch screen HMI, operator interface complete with menu screens and diagnostics mounted in pendant mounted operator console panel.
24VDC control voltage.
Part file system to store, recall and reset all machine parameters.
Base mounted electrical enclosure for above control plus all starters, disconnects, fuses, terminal strips, and interconnecting wiring.
Air conditioner for electrical enclosure.
