Description
ENGEN strapping machines are designed for strapping bundles of bars, tubes and wire coils with steel strap.
The sealing system of our strapping machine with a pre-formed closed seal ensures elevated performances.
This system allows the positioning of the seal in direct contact with the material to be strapped; this solution avoids the need to insert intermediate strap-to-bundle elements, used in alternative automatic strapping technologies (open-seal, sealing with notched joints or welding machines).
The advantage is the possibility of strapping bundles with relatively small diameters, up to a minimum of 120 mm, as
well as allowing for a higher tension applicable to the strapping sealing for heavy duty applications.
STANDARD TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Round bundle - circumscribed hexagon: Ø 120 - 600 mm.
Strap dimension: 19 x 0,8/0,9 mm. - 32 x 0,8/0,9 mm.
Strapping time cycle: 17 - 22 sec.
Seal magazine: 100 pc
Electrical power: 3 kW
Air consumption:50 Nl
