Arpac, Model BPMP-5300, Automatic, continuous motion, servo driven, shrink bundler and tunnel with in feed conveyor and laner, has bottom overlap and rated from 10 – 60 packages per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Product size range: 3" to 12" in Length; 6" to 18" in Width; 3" to 12" in Height. Equipped with 302" long x 20½" wide plastic in feed conveyor with overhead servo laner to flight bar transfer with 32" long x 26½" wide overlap wrap conveyor section and 8" long x 20" wide discharge conveyor to shrink tunnel. Dual side film racks with splicer, servo controlled film feed with dancer and tension rollers and exact print registration, with smooth wrapping motion and bottom overlap wrapped sleeve . Film up to 26" maximum in width; 20" in maximum OD with 3" OD core with film cut from supply roll
Shrink tunnel has 22" wide x 13" high aperture, x 70" long heat shrink chamber and 105" long x 25" wide conveyor, heating zone with heat controls, air recirculation fans and (2) end discharge cooling fans. Control panel has A/B PLC controller, with touch pad controls, display, flight bar, cycle, power on, stop and e-stop push button controls with product jog, run and registration control switches, safety guarding and status light bar. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
