Arpac Model BPMP5341, automatic, continuous motion, servo controlled, bottom overlap multipack, shrink wrapper and tunnel rated from 10 to 70 packages per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Product size range: 3" to 12" in Length; 6" to 18" in Width; 3" to 12" in Height. Equipped with 114" long x 14" wide plastic interlock in feed conveyor, with starwheel product feed and product lane grouper to flight bar product transfer to 34" long x 24" wide overlap wrap conveyor section with 24" long x 22" wide discharge conveyor to tunnel. Dual side film racks with splicer, film dancer with tension rollers and film registration. Film up to 26" maximum in width; 20" in maximum OD with 3" OD core. Shrink tunnel has 32" wide x 20" high aperture, x 132" long heating chamber with 204" long x 26" wide conveyor, 3 heating zones with independent heat controls and air recirculation fans with 2 cooling fans below to cool conveyor belt and top discharge cooling section. Control panel has A/B PLC controller, with touch pad controls with display, flight bar, cycle, power on, stop and e-stop push button controls with product jog, run and registration control switches, safety guarding and status light bar. Mounted on heavy duty base frame.
