This is an Allen-Bradley 20P41AD027RA0NNN PowerFlex DC drive. The nameplate reads Cat No. 20P41AD027RA0NNN, UL Type OPEN/IP20, Series: A, I/O: 24VDC (Standard), Original Firmware V.1.006, Input 460VAC 50/60Hz 22.1 3 Phase, Output 500VDC 27.0 Regen 15.0 HP, 1 Min Overload Amps 40.5, 3 Sec Overload Amps 54.0, DC Field Input 460VAC 50/60Hz 10A max. 1 Phase, DC Field Output 360VDC 10A max., Regulator Power 115/230 VAC 50/60Hz 1.0/0.5A 1 Phase, Frame: A, Serial Number: B11E0013, MFD. in 2008 on mar 10, and Made in Italy. The label also shows a cULus Listed mark with Ind. Cont. Eq. 31KF and a C-Tick mark with N223. The Field Installed Options label next to the nameplate is not readable in the photos, so no options are listed.
The housing has a black top cover, a beige lower cover with vent slots, and an aluminum heatsink body with mounting feet. The power terminals at the rear are marked with a ground symbol and U, C, V, D and W on a yellow label, with fuse holders marked FU1, FV1 and F1 and a four-pin green plug-in connector. The front of the drive is not shown straight on in the photos. Visible wear includes dirt and black smudges on the rear plate and covers, a gray smudged patch on the beige cover, scratches on the black cover, and a chipped and bent edge on one mounting foot.
Sold as surplus, untested. This unit has not been powered on or tested by MRO Exchange, and the drive, firmware, control board and terminals have not been verified.
