Alfa-Laval #NX414, Decanter Skid for Grease Trap Waste and Tank Bottoms, Built to Order

Complete plug-and-play decanter module built to order around a remanufactured Alfa Laval NX 414 solid bowl decanter centrifuge, designed and built from scratch by Dolphin engineers in Warren, Michigan. Applications: grease trap waste, industrial waste oil, used cooking oil, industrial sludge, tank bottoms, crude oil tank bottoms and similar high-sludge feeds. The decanter runs a 4,000 rpm bowl at about 3,150 G with a 1 to 50 rpm auger differential, and the conveyor is protected with carbide tile or tungsten carbide hard-surfacing. The module is supplied with or without an inline heater and includes a clean oil tank, transfer pumps, level sensors, piping and a complete local control system with PLC panel, so it connects to feed and discharge and runs. Capacity is quoted per application from your feed, solids and oil data, with sample testing on our shop centrifuge. Built to order in 12 to 20 weeks.
