Description
The 2010 ADEPT VIPER S1700 / MOTOMAN HP20 is a six-axis articulated robot designed for a wide range of applications including arc welding, drilling, grinding, machine tending, material handling, packaging, pick and place, plasma cutting, sanding, and waterjet processes. It features a 6.00 kg payload capacity, a horizontal reach of 1915.00 mm, and a repeatability of ±0.0600 mm. The robot has a mass of 273.00 kg and is designed for floor mounting. Motion speeds for the axes are J1 at 197°/s, J2 at 175°/s, J3 at 187°/s, J4 at 400°/s, J5 at 400°/s, and J6 at 600°/s. The motion range for the axes is J1 ±180°, J2 +155° to -100°, J3 +255° to -165°, J4 ±200°, J5 +230° to -150°, and J6 ±360°. The system is equipped with an ADEPT PA4 robot controller, robot connection cables, and a teach pendant.
