used- adco triseal carton former, model afhxx-40-3-wd. three head former for tab-lock style hooded trays. all stainless steel construction washdown nema 4x. top load carton / hooded tray size range: length 3" to 17"; width 3" to 8"; depth 0.75" to 4" subject to tooling configuration. now tooled for 3 trays: 6-7/8" x 6-1/4" x 2-1/4". additional tooling is available, contact aek for more information. equipped with vacuum generator blank pick and place. controls are allen-bradley compactlogix l32e plc, a ab panelview 600 hmi. 230v.-3ph.-60hz.-20 amps. comp air 90 psi, cfm. serial # 5871sl. mfg. 02-26-09. see aek # 72054002 for matching adco tri seal carton closer.
