Adco Model 16B-SS Tri-seal, in-line, stainless steel, high speed, continous motion, carton closer and sealer rated from 20 to 80 cycles per minute with number of cartons – depending on materials and application. Carton size range: 4" to 12" in Length; 4" to 10" in Width; 1" to 4" in Depth. All stainless steel construction. Equipped with continuous motion top lugged carton closing section with 60" long overhead tucking section set on 24" centers with 2-1/2" wide x 5-1/2" high lugs, into 90 degree turn to 48" long lugged side carton sealing and closing section set on 24" centers with Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system with Eclipse pattern controller, Seko gauges and dual 12" long side powered discharge conveyor belts. Control panel has A/B PLC controller and A/B touchpad controls with panel view and statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters, leveling legs and interlock safety door guarding.
