1500 Liter (400 Gallon) Precision Stainless Sanitary Reactor / Fermenter. Shell is AL-6NX (high Nickel Stainless Steel) Rated 45 PSI / Full Vacuum @ 300 Deg.F.. Jacket rated 150 PSI @ 300 Deg.F.. Bottom mounted agitation. Mounted on load cells on portable base. Last used in sanitary pharmaceutical facility.
AL-6NX is known for its exceptional resistance to chloride corrosion, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking, making it ideal for harsh marine, chemical, and food processing environments where standard stainless steels like 316L fail.
