Ross Model DPM-40 Series lll, 40 Gallon, 316 stainless steel, sanitary design, atmospheric, double planetary batch mixer with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with hydraulic lift mixing head and has 15 Hp motor drive, with self contained pressurized air / oil tank with dry air, dual rectangle mixing blades for low and high viscosity applications suitable for wet or dry blending and has a capacity from 5 to 40 gallons and rated for 10,000 to 8 million cps. 8" OD hinged sight / charge port with 6" OD Tri Clover atomizing nozzle port, (2) 2" OD sanitary top and 3" OD light port. Control panel has PLC controller with mixer start, stop, speed decrease, increase, lift raise, lower, light on, off with start, stop, and e-stop controls. 24" in diameter; 24" straight wall stainless steel mixing can with casters. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel forkable base frame.
