The 3MT PSM Pellet Mill Feeder is a cost-efficient, simplified feeding system designed specifically for vertical ring die pellet mills. Most materials don't need conditioning right before the pellet mill — they need a consistent, controlled feed rate. That's exactly what the PSM delivers.

The PSM's large surge hopper absorbs upstream material fluctuations and maintains stable mill loading without the complexity of traditional force feeder and conditioner systems. The feeder mounts in front of the pellet mill and rolls completely out of the way for full door access during maintenance — no removing large equipment to service your mill.

Available in four configurations — PSM Mini, PSM 200, PSM XL, and Compound PSM — each unit is custom built to fit your specific mill height and installation requirements. Optional hopper attachments include agitators for bridging materials, block inserts for starve-feed applications, and multiple feed inlets for blending material streams.
