The N-200 Cyclone dry, siphon blasting
cabinet has the lowest abrasive usage
of any machine design and is one of the
most effective pieces of sandblasting
equipment at controlling and recycling
fine abrasive blasting media
(180 to″25 mesh). Fine abrasive can
cause visibility problems, mixing valve
feed problems and high abrasive usage
rates. The N200 Cyclone uses a pneumatic
conveyor to help keep the
fine media dry and flowing, and a high
efficiency cyclone separator reclaimer
used to remove the abrasive from inside
the cabinet without loss of abrasive.
The cyclone is the most efficient
mechanical separator reclaimer used
and Media Blast has the most efficient
cyclone on the market today. Media Blast
also offers the standard efficiency barrel
cyclone separator, seen below, used for
larger abrasive sizes. This standard
efficiency barrel cyclone will handle
150 mesh but remember 150 mesh will soon
become 220 and 220 will soon become″20.
Getting the right cyclone type is about
talking about the application, call for
details. Standard is the High Efficiency
N-200 Cyclone. It can operate with almost
any abrasive type and size, but it's the
only machine designed to use fine and
ultra-fine abrasives. When using standard
or large abrasive sizes, 150 mesh and
larger, look to the N-200 model with the
internal cyclone separator reclaimer and
internal abrasive storage for a more
economical machine with fewer maintenance
parts, both models are needed for use in
today's markets. The N-200 Cyclone has
more standard cabinet sizes than any
other Media Blast machine model. See below

and ultra fine abrasives.
