Description
Feldmeier 265 gallon 316L stainless steel jacketed reactor. Unit measures 34" diameter x 45" straight side, internally rated for 45 PSI / Full Vacuum at 350 degrees F/ -20 degrees F, jacketed for 100 PSI at 350 degrees F. Unit has (1) 6"; (1) 4"; and (1) 3" top opening, (2) 1-1/4" and (1) 1-1/2" on jacket and 3" side bottom sanitary outlet, 26" clearance from valve to floor. Unit has Scott Turbon bottom disperser, Model Mixer Cart, jacketed, serial number 7059. Driven by 20 HP 230/460V,3/60Hz, 1755 RPM TEFC motor. Reactor manufactured new 2005, Serial number SE-351-05, Mounted on stainless steel frame on load cells, portable on wheels. Includes Allen Bradley FLEX 70 VFD for Scott mixer, Mettler Toledo Thorton 200CR screen monitor, X5 Sartorius weighing display with (3) load cells. Tank comes with removable, tri-clamp, top entering baffle, measuring 48"L x 4"W X 1/4" thick. Excellent condition.
