Description
Forsberg 6X36 Air Classifier designed for controlled air separation of compatible dry bulk materials.
The classifier incorporates an enclosed classification system with an externally adjustable airflow-control mechanism. The clearly marked Close-to-Open indexed scale allows airflow to be adjusted for different materials and separation requirements.
The unit also includes an enclosed lower feed / rotor assembly, upper air outlet / transition, guarded drive components and a 5 HP, 230/460V motor.
AIRFLOW & APPLICATION
Air-classification performance depends on the material being processed, including particle size, particle shape, density, moisture, feed rate, airflow setting and desired separation.
No universal processing-capacity figure is currently being represented for this unit.
Kinsman Separation Service can review the buyer’s material and separation objective to help evaluate equipment suitability and operating requirements.
