Osgood, Model 6400, (6) lane, inline, stainless steel, single index, FOB, (fruit on bottom) tamper evident cup filler, heat sealer and over lid applicator rated from 24 to 240 cups per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. All stainless steel construction. Equipped with (6) lane pick and place cup denster, (2) 24" x 24" stainless steel product hoppers, with dual (6) servo driven pistons one for the FOB (fruit on bottom) and the other for the product (yogart) with 3/4" OD positive cut off nozzels up to (3) flavor capacity. 24" long x 4" wide cup carriers with (6) 3" ID cup pockets set on 5" centers, roll stock film and heat sealing stations with knife cut off assemblies and 45" long (6) lane powered roller, lid magazine and snap on over lid application section. Control panel has touch screen HMI controls with start, stop, e-stop push button and statis light. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame with safety door guarding.
