Description
Lee, model 20D9MS, 20 gallon, jacketed 304 stainless steel kettle. Bowl dimmensions: 21" diameter x 18"deep. Pressure rating: 50 psi @ 300° F. Equipped with bridge mounted variable speed double motion scrape agitation, Lexan covers, temperature probe, 1-1/2" jacket inlet / outlets, and a 2" OD Tri-Clover center bottom discharge with 12" ground clearance. Mounted on a stainless steel platform with casters.
