Description
APV Crepaco HTST Plate Heat Exchanger. Model: CR5. Approximate total heat transfer surface area: 1490 sq. ft. (261) 316 stainless steel plates. Original application included the heating, regeneration and cooling 3000 GPH of sweet and sour cream products using 110 GPM hot water and 140 GPM propylene glycols as media. Overall Includes the CR5 heat exchanger, Stainless Steel 8-Pass Holding Tube, Stainless Steel Balance Tank. Previous application was 3000 Gallons per Hour. Heat exchanger dimensions: 11 ft. 7 in. L. x 3 ft. 5 in. W. x 8 ft. 6 in. H.
