The Revolution Machine Tools™ S-SMART™ PM 13-15 Automatic Pivot Type Single Miter Bandsaw is a machine with PLC and HMI equipment, independent of the stop point. The cutting capacity of this machine is 13” x 15” in 90° flat cuttings and Ø13” in round material. Our machine has the feature of straight and angled cutting of solid and pipe type materials, and it can cut the desired quantity and length. The machine performs the material feeding process with encoder sensitivity thanks to the rollers in the hydraulically closing vice jaws. Thanks to the easy-to-use user interface, the desired cutting list is written, and the cutting process is performed.
The S-SMART™ PM 13-15 Bandsaw comes standard equipped with a control panel NC, blade brush, hydraulic vise, roll feeding vise, security switch, height adjustment switch, Siti heavy duty gearbox, infinite variable speed inverter, sensitive pressure control, hydromechanical blade tension, coolant pump, anti-vibration cylinder, double action feeding vise, and 230V or 440V 3 phase power.
Buyers have the option to add any of these additional features to their S-SMART™ PM 13-15 Bandsaw as well: Hydraulic blade tension, hydraulic top clamping, DropsA air/oil clean lubrication system, micromist cooling, 10ft roller table with the option to make the table motorized, and single phase – 220V 1 phase power.
