Description
50-liter reactor vessel constructed from 316L stainless steel with a 12" diameter and 24" straight side. The tank includes a clamped top head, dish top, and cone bottom. It is equipped with a Lightnin P6S05K top-entry agitator and features (3) 1", (2) 1/2", and (1) 1.5" top ports for process access. A 2" bottom side outlet with valve provides discharge control. The vessel is fully jacketed and rated for 50 PSI internal pressure and 125 PSI jacket pressure at 300F. Mounted on a mobile aluminum frame, this unit is designed for sanitary use in compact process environments.
