Plate type heat exchanger, manufactured by APV Crepaco, Model R51TH, all stainless steel construction, approximately 1,100 sq. ft. surface area. Includes (240) plates measuring 16" x 61", with Rail length of 6'3", plate capacity 250 maximum, 4" sanitary clamp in/out. Serial# 33546. Previously used at food processing facility.
