Description
Used Knudson KFD 2025G1 (2024) Roll Former for Sale. This machine runs stud and track web sizes of 1.63″, 2.50″, 3.63″, 4″ and 6″, with stud flanges at 1.25″ and track flanges from 0.75″ minimum to 1.50″ maximum. Maximum profile depth is 1.50″, and both stud and track flange faces are knurled. Material thickness ranges from 0.018″ to 0.035″ (25 to 20 Ga) in Grade 50 up to 65-ksi yield, galvanized up to G120, painted or bare. Strip width runs 2″ to 17″ with a 41″ pass line height. Equipped with 1 adjustment station, 1 pull-out station, 10 roll forming stations, Beck Automation SII Multi-Press Controller, exit-end cut-off, oversized standard track profiles and a stop-to-cut system.
