Description
Baker Perkins 10-gallon double arm, jacketed, sigma blade mixer, carbon steel construction. 10-gallon working capacity (1.5 cubic feet). Mixing chamber measures 20" long x 12" wide x 20" deep. Blades driven by 10 HP, 230/460 volts, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 1167 RPM motor. Equipped with electrical crank tilt operated by 1 HP, 230/460 volts, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 1730 RPM motor. Chamber had a 43" fill height and 19" discharge height. Includes push-button start/stop controls. Machine number 39340, Order number W08360, Serial number 1247768. Mounted on a mild steel frame.
