Description
Davis Standard 1/4 tubing extrusion line including the following equipment:
A. Davis Standard / Killion model KN-100 1.00 24:1 L/D extruder having a three (3) zone electrically heated, air cooled non-vented barrel at approximately a 39 centerline height. Gearbox is belt driven by a 3 HP D/C motor with SCR control. Unitized temperature control panel has six (6) zones of Eurotherm controllers consisting of three (3) zones for the barrel and three (3) zones for the c-clamp and die. C-clamp is mounted on the discharge. Includes gravity feed hopper. BOM number 05180. 230V/1ph/50-60Hz input, 47 FLA.
B. Nominal diameter electrically heated tubing die.
C. Davis Standard / Killion medical tubing vacuum tank measuring 116 long with an 8 x 8 cross section. Stainless steel construction. Two glass doors. Upstream and downstream adjustment as well as up and down adjustment. Includes vacuum pump with 3 HP D/C motor, water pumps, sizing fixture, and controls. S/N 30176. 230V/1ph/60Hz input.
D. Davis Standard / Killion belt puller having a 2 wide belt with 22 of contact length. Powered by an approximate 1.5 HP D/C motor. Manually actuated top belt. S/N 30174. 230V/3ph/60Hz input, 10 FLA.
