Serpa, Model 2000WA, Automatic, continuous motion, stainless steel, wrap around hot melt glue cartoner rated up to 300 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. single chain unit set on 12" centers with a carton size range of: 1" to 9" in Length; 1 to 3½" in Width; 5" to 9" in Depth. Equipped with 2½" wide x 84" long product in feed conveyor, 48" long powered blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary pic-n-place, 48" dual worm screw infeed, fixed overhead lugged product assembly with wrap plow closers and lugged side chain indexing conveyor, Nordson hot melt glue system, 36" long product discharge side belt conveyor and full access doors for ease in maintenance. Control panel has AB controller with touch screen HMI and light stack.
