LA NUOVA SCOLPITRICE 201-16 Multi-Spindle Carving Machine.(16) Cutter Stations, 55" max. workpiece length,Specifications: -- (16) Dual carving spindle heads, 8" between spindles, 20" max. working diameter. -- Each head has a roughing & finishing spindle, all heads swivel 360 with pneumatic locking. -- Upper carriage controlled by (2) High Frequency changers allowing (2) motor speeds of 12,000 & 18,000 RPM. -- Pneumatic chucking of material, stock turns 360. Copy stylus of hardened and ground steel, adjustable for depth on either side. -- Traverse feed of carving heads was patented and requires no maintenance. -- Includes: Lot of tooling. Table for flat/horizontal copying.Note: Machine completely gone over and all heads rebuilt in 2011 and used sparingly since.Actual model is 201-16.
