The primary purpose of this issue of SURPLUS RECORD is to convey to our Government and to American Manufacturers the part being played by the Used Equipment Industry in the present emergency; to reflect, if possible, its fine spirit of patriotism and cooperation.
If we have succeeded in our purpose special tribute must be paid to the members of this Industry.
They are deserving of full credit for their enthusiastic and unselfish support.
