Bartelt Model IMF6.5, Automatic, intermittent motion, horizontal, form, fill, seal machine rated from 40 to 100 pouches per minute – depending on materials and application. Pouch size range: 2" to 4-3/4" in Width; 2" to 6" in Length. Equipped with height adjustable gusseted film forming plow, side seal station, 9-1/2" high film tension rolls, knife cut off station, vacuum pouch opener, 14 rotary head fill station set on 6-1/2" centers, single head auger filler buckets, top heat seal stations and recipricating suction cup pic n place discharge. Control panel has Siemens Simatic 505 PLC controller with touchpad controller, and variable heat seal controls, with interlocking safety guarding. Film Specifications: up to 22" in Width; up to 18" in diameter with a max 3" OD core. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
