Description
Cherry-Burrell Votator Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger- 6 x 72. Model: 2C672WA. S/N:68-072-1. Concentric shaft and barrel. Contact surface area: 9.0 sq. ft. Votator scraped surface heat exchangers are designed for up to 400 psig @ 375°F product side, and 150 psig @ 375°F jacket side. Pacemaker Motor, 15 hp, 1180 rpm, 413 final rpm, 230/460 V, 41.2/20.6 amps, 60 Hz, 3 phase. The Votator's heat transfer tube provides the necessary thermal conductivity to handle highly viscous products. Tube wall thickness is precisely engineered to minimize heat transfer resistance while maximizing structural stability. Typical applications are heating and cooling cheese sauce, pudding, caRam Industriesel, deboned meat, pet food, and fruit products. Inlets: (1) 2 in. port, (1) 1-1/2 threaded port. Outlets: (1) 2 in. port, (1)1-1/2 in. threaded port, (1) 1-1/2 in. S-Line, (1) 1-1/2 in. threaded port, 1/2 in. threaded port. Overall dimensions: 116 in. L x 50 in. W x 86 in. H.
