READY TO SHIP! 1999 200 HP Cleaver Brooks CBLE, 4 pass-dry back, 200 PSI design pressure, natural gas fired, meets 30 PPM NOx. This boiler has been completely re-tubed and the work documented. The boiler has been cleaned on the fireside, waterside, outside, and painted. New fireside and waterside gaskets have been installed. The boiler pressure vessel, tubes, piping, and blowdown valves has been hydrostatically tested. New Fireye Burner Logix Flame Safeguard Controls have been installed. New control and electrical distribution panels have been installed. The boiler ahs been completely rewired for 460/3/60 VAC. New Honeywell High Limit with manual reset, Operating Limit, and Modulating Limit steam pressure controls have been installed. New safety relief valves will be installed or shipped loose for field mounting. The boiler has been electrically and mechanically checked. Any component found to be obsolete or defective has been replaced. We guarantee that the pressure vessel and tubes are in good condition, and the boiler will pass a hydrostatic test at the time of startup. We will give a 1 year parts replacement warranty on controls. No labor is included in the parts replacement warranty.

The boiler, as quoted, is wired for 460/3/60 volt and has water level controls for “ON/OFF” pumps.

We'll load the boiler onto a truck provided by others in Woodruff, SC.
