THE 2023 ZETA GROUP ENGINEERING MOTORIZED PLASTIC TOP CONVEYOR IS DESIGNED FOR INTEGRATION WITH FANUC ROBOT SYSTEMS. THIS UNIT FEATURES A CONVEYOR SURFACE MEASURING 30 INCHES WIDE BY 137 INCHES LONG AND OPERATES AT A SPEED OF 37 FEET PER MINUTE. THE SYSTEM IS POWERED BY A 3/4 HP MOTOR PAIRED WITH A GEAR REDUCER AND UTILIZES A MOTORIZED CHAIN-DRIVEN MECHANISM. TECHNICAL COMPONENTS INCLUDE AN HMI UNIT AND NECESSARY COMMUNICATION CABLING FOR ROBOTIC SYNCHRONIZATION. THE CONVEYOR IS CONSTRUCTED WITH A PLASTIC TOP SURFACE AND IS ENGINEERED FOR REDEPLOYMENT IN VARIOUS INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS REQUIRING AUTOMATED MATERIAL HANDLING.
