Bottom 4 kW (5.5 HP), 2. right & 3. left 4 kW (5.5 HP), 4. top 5.5 kW (7.5 HP), 5. top 5.5 kW (7.5 HP), and 6. bottom 4 kW (5.5 HP) motor. -- Spindles: Dia. 40 mm (1-9/16") with cutter head speed of 8,000 RPM; digital readouts on spindle adjustments in combination with the WEINIG MEMORY SYSTEM. -- WEINIG Powerlock tool holding system on top heads. Both overhauled. -- Motorized feed beam adjustment with independent adjustment of top heads, receding chip breakers on left and top heads. -- Feed System: Variable feed speed 5 to 30 m/Min (16-98 FPM), driven by 4 kW (5.5 HP) motor. Overhead feed wheels with pneumatic pressure; (1) powered grooved roller in machine table. Cardan drive, chainless so no maintenance required. -- Machine Tables: Made of hardened steel. Infeed straightening table is 1,050 mm (41-5/16") with adjustable fence & adjustable outfeed table; (1) side pressure roller mounted to infeed table. Slots in machine bed prior and behind first bottom planing spindle for noise reduction. -- Machine Management: WEINIG MEMORY SYSTEM - Machine control for program management and reducing of setting times. Reduces set-up time by storing spindle positions and tool radii.
