unused- weighpack systems vertical form, fill, and seal machine, model vertek 1200. stainless steel construction. capable of speeds up to 60 bags per minute. bag size range: up to 12 wide x 2 to 20 long. features include an omron plc with 10.4" color touchscreen hmi, encoder or eye mark bag length control, hmi temperature control, pneumatic film air shaft, tool-less removable forming tube, quick-disconnect sealing jaws and heating elements, sponge bag deflator, adjustable back seal assembly, lexan safety guard with safety switch, and smc pneumatics with thompson shafts and bushings. 1/60/230v. serial #8373, built 2023. suitable for a variety of dry, free-flowing, granular, or piece-count products in food, snack, confectionery, pet food, hardware, and general packaging applications.
