Description
Cherry Burrell 3-Barrel Vogt Freezer. Model: V-603. S/N: 4914. Refrigerant: Ammonia. Features refrigerant media tubes over nickel-chrome product tubes that provide a heat exchange surface, and act as an enclosure for a rotating dasher. As the dasher rotates, it continuously changes the product on the heat exchange surface of the product tube. This action assures a very rapid heat transfer to a relatively small product volume. Pivot-mounted dasher/scraper blades are attached to the rotating member and are allowed to contact the heat exchange surface for efficient product transfer. Freezer is completely CIP'able and is recommended as a daily maintenance procedure. Tube dimensions: (3) 6 in. dia. x 48 in. L. Inlets: (3) 1-1/2 in. dia. S-line (product), (1) 3 in. dia. pipe (media). Outlets: (1) 3/4 in. dia. media discharge pipe, (3) 1-1/2 in. dia. S-line fittings (product). Overall dimensions: 78 in. L x 68 in. W x 91 in. H.
