Description
Cherry Burrell Unitherm IV Sterile Processing System. Model: S-3 Series 200. The No-Bac Unitherm IV is a complete unitized system for sterilizing fluid products at a rate of 20 to 40 gph. Products are heated up to 300F and held for sterilization, then reduced then to 35F after homogenization for packaging. (2) 30 Gallon Surge tanks, 1- 29 rpm agitator, supply pump .5 hp, high pressure pump 1.5 hp, 1-5/8 in. Plungers, agitator .25 hp, 110 V, 1 Phase control, 220 V, 3 Phase, rated 20-40 gph. Cream No-Bac, 300 psi max. pressure on high pressure pump, 150 psi Steam max. on Spiratherm heaters 75-80 psi operate, 1- Spiratherm heat exchanger with two steam heating sections. One holding section sized at 300 degrees at 4 seconds. Flow rate 30 gph. 1- precooler section using well water, 1-Cooling section using 34 degree cooling medium.
