U S Bottlers Model PFG-80 / RC20-25, stainless steel, 80 head rotary pressure gravity filler and 20 head rotary chuck capper with number of containers per minute – depending on materials and application Fill range: ounces to gallons of free flowing to semi-viscous liquids, with accuracies depending on product. Maximum container size: up to 3¾" in Diameter; up to 11" in Height and capable of handling glass, plastic and metal containers all with proper change parts. Equipped with worm screw to star wheel in feed / discharge and 96" OD turett with 80 pressure gravity filling stations with 3/4" OD nozzles set on 4" centers and rotary chuck capper with star wheel in feed and discharge has 36" OD turett with 20 capping stations set on 4" centers. Control panel has AB controller and touch screen HMI. Mounted heavy duty stainlesss steel frame with interlock safety door guarding.
