Tronics Model S30, stainless steel, open style frame, stepper driven, pressure sensitive, wrap labeler rated from 100" to 1,200" per minute with number of labels and containers – depending on materials and application. Standard label size range: 1/4" to 8-3/4" in Width x 1/4" to 39" in length with accuracies up to + / – 1/32nd of label placement. Can Handle many shapes and materials of containers up to as large as 10 gallons with proper change parts. Equipped with 4-1/4" wide x 120" long plastic Delrin product in feed conveyor with adjustable guide rails and 32" in feed / discharge height, with spacing bump wheel indexing, no container / no label, single label head has 9" high peeler plate and 9" high label application brush, 6" high side" 21" long x wrap belt, machine is hand crank adjustable and has 13" OD label reel on 1-1/2" OD core. Control panel has touch pad controls with read out, up to 100 job memory and has e-stops. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters and leveling legs.
