TRIpack Model HSA-240 / AMF WSN, stainless steel, shrink neck bander and sleever with conveyor and steam shrink tunnel system. Rated from 20 to 200 containers per minute – depending on materials and application.

TRIpack Model HSA-240 shrink sleever with Layflat sleeve size range of: 40mm (1.6") to 245mm (9.8"). Cut length range of: 30mm (1.2") to 250mm (10"). Product OD range of: 25mm (1") to 100mm (4") and capable of running most shrinkable films with proper change parts. Equipped with powered film assist assembly, zero tension web design, loading / unwind station with 19" maximum film OD and 288" long x 4¾" wide stainless steel delron container conveyor. Mandrel / bullet design film delivery system and multi-blade knife assembly, with material out sensor, film tensioner and low film indicator. Control panel has A/B PLC with HMI operator interface, interlocking safety guarding and e-stops.

AMF WSN 300 3M, (2) zone, (4) tier steam heat shrink tunnel with 5" wide x 12" high aperature x 118" long steam shrink chamber with remote electric steam boiler. Maximum operating temperature of 212° F and adjustable manifold for direct steam heat where needed with steam exhaust controlled by turn of a knob and steam pressure of 3 to 4 Kg/cm2 and 43 to 57 psi with cool water consumption of 200 litres or 80 gallons per hour and has stand alone steam generator. Both mounted on stainless steel frames with casters and leveling legs.
