Trine, Model 4650R, Stainless steel, roll fed, hot melt glue labeler designed to apply full or partial wrap labels to containers. Rated from 60 to 400 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Container size range: 1.7" to 5" in diameter, Label size range: 6.5" to 16.5" in Length with 1" to 7" web width. Capable of running glass, plastic and metal, full or empty containers with proper change parts. Equipped with 23" OD film roll stand, worm screw to star wheel in feed, 6" wide thru machine plastic delron container belt conveyor, (6) station vacuum drum, peeler plate, label cutting and transfer systems and scrap rewind, hot melt glue unit and compression belt section. Control panel has swing arm controller with push button start / stop / jog, variable speed dial and on / off switch for glue / label feed and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty frame with flip-up safety door guarding.
