Trine, Model 4500GS / 105, stainless steel, roll fed, wrap around, hot melt glue labeler and shrink tunnel rated from 50 to 200 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Container size range: 1.625" to 5" in diameter, capable of handling containers made of glass, PET, HDPE, metal, paper board composites may be accommodated for full-wrap and patch decoration. Label size range: 6" to 14.5" in Length x 1" to 8.25" in Width up to 8.5 in height. Equipped with 4½" wide x 148" long total stainless steel delrin belt conveyors through labeler, worm screw to star wheel in feed and discharge container indexing with dual label reels with registration, Nordson hot glue system with __" OD vacuum drum label applicator, 4½" wide x 170" long belt conveyor through shrink tunnel and has 5-1/2" wide x 7-1/2" high aperture with 86" long shrink chamber. Control panel has Allen Bradly PLC controller with swing arm controls and panel view with top / bottom zone heater on / off controllers, conveyor and ratio speed control dials with conveyor on / off / reset buttons. Mounted on heavy duty base frames with safety guarding and statis light bar. Applications include beverage, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, dairy, aerosol and nutritional product industries.
