Adco Model CF1200-30-SS, Top load, tuck tray former, rated from 25 to 120 trays per minute – depending on materials, application and machines configuration. All stainless steel construction. Lay flat size range of: 7" to 30" in length and 7" to 26" in width and Carton size range of: 3" to 17" in length, 3" to 8" in width, 0.75" to 4.5" in depth. Equipped with dual 42" long blank tray magazines and has recipicating suction cup pick n place, dual forming heads with 60" long lugged discharge conveyor set on 24" centers. Control panel has A/B controller with panel view controls and start, stop, e-stop push buttons with statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame with casters and leveling legs with interlock safety door guarding.
